The house has 2 bedrooms + summer room, 2 bathrooms, toilet, spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen with utility room and storage room. (there are two bedrooms on the first floor and terrace overlooking the sea and one summer room with terrace overlooking the sea on the second floor). Front and back garden with private swimming pool. The whole house, on two levels, has a heating system and air conditioning.
An excellent infrastructure : a supermarket, yacht club, bars, restaurants, banks. Sandy beaches of Cabo Roig and La Zenia within walking distance, 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport.

Prices 2022: 1 months – € 5 400, 1 Week – € 1,450.
Price on request, depending on the rental period. Cost is calculated in weeks.
The villa is being rented for the period of two or more weeks. Outside high season prices on request.
Rental terms: Deposit 500 €, which will be returned in case of property preservation.
Booking – 50% of the rent, depending on the period of the lease.
The customer pays a final cleaning (150 euros).
Additional services: Internet WI-FI – € 40. Smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed.
